Sejal S. Mehta, MD MBA
​Dr. Sejal Mehta is the President of Psychiatric Medical Associates, PA, in
Plano Tx and holds several Medical Directorships along with other
community service commitments.
She is a visionary, compassionate and passionate woman physician leader.
Dr. Sejal Mehta has been a fellowship trained, Triple board-certified
psychiatric physician for the last 22 years. She has been honored to work
with children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults at multiple psychiatric
facilities in DFW.
She has been Principal investigator for 50+ clinical research trials.
Dr. Mehta was born and raised and attended medical school in Ahmadabad,
India. After getting married, she moved to the United States in the early
1990’s, where she did her residency in Psychiatry and fellowship in Child &
adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
After moving to DFW in 2004, she went on to earn her MBA from Southern
Methodist University and started her own medical practice.
In 2015, She Got Board certification in Addiction Medicine.
Dr. Mehta has been married to Dr Saumil Mehta for 31 years and has two
talented children.
Dr. Mehta has been helping people with variety of mental illnesses, including
trauma related issues.
In addition to her diverse medical practice, Dr. Mehta is actively involved in
a variety of community organizations:

Ashley Stafford, LCSW-S, MSSW
Ashley Stafford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor with a passion for helping adolescents overcome mental health challenges. She specializes in individual EMDR therapy and has helped many clients achieve significant progress in their recovery. She is certified in EMDR therapy and specifically trained in CBT therapy, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, Grief Counseling. Ashley has an attachment-based approach to treatment. Ashley has professional experience in clinical therapy, mental health treatment across different age groups, research project development, implementation, and analysis, as well as higher education training, lecturing, and clinical skills practice. ​Ashley holds a Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas. She now lives with spouse, daughter, and two dogs in Fort Worth, Texas.
Kirk Stafford, LMSW, LCDC, ASDCS
Kirk Stafford is a therapist with over 10 years experience working in mental health including adolescents and their families.

Kirk holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of North Texas. With several years of experience working as a paralegal in Dallas, Texas, he felt a deep calling to make a positive impact on the community. This led him to pursue a Master's degree in Social Work at Tarleton University, solidifying his commitment to giving back and promoting the well-being of others.

Kirk has extensive expertise in mental health, addiction recovery, and has worked in both adolescent inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. He is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).
Kirk's dedication, coupled with his wealth of experience and genuine passion for helping others, makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

He believes that effective therapy involves collaboration between the therapist and client, and he works closely with our clients to create a safe and supportive environment for healing.
Tiana R. Gilbert, BSW, MSW

With a strong foundation in clinical mental health, I offer supportive mental health care to both children and adults. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and dialectical-behavioral (DBT) therapies to address mood and behavior disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. I offer eating disorder recovery coaching and meal support. I am committed to providing tailored interventions to support individuals from diverse backgrounds. In addition to my clinical work, I contribute to the development of mindfulness-based programs for children and adolescents. My experience in leading groups on social-emotional learning, self-care, and personal development has enriched my understanding of adolescent mental health. My personal journey, including my training as a certified yoga teacher (RYT200), deepens my ability to offer a compassionate and mindfulness-centered approach to therapy. I am passionate about fostering growth and healing in those I work with, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey to wellness.
Robin Henderson, LMSW

Robin brings extensive experience working with teens, young adults, and families across diverse settings, including child protective services, juvenile probation, residential treatment, and educational environments. She specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions, with particular expertise in supporting those with Type 1 Diabetes and their caregivers. As a certified neurofeedback provider, she offers innovative treatment options for anxiety, ADHD, depression, and migraines.

Her therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with strengths-based and solution-focused perspectives, delivered with a straightforward style that resonates particularly well with mental health skeptics and those seeking structured goal-setting.
